All bids must be accompanied by a bidder’s bond payable to DOST 7 in the form of cash, cashier’s check, manager’s check, bank draft, irrevocable letter of credit, bank guarantee, surety bond or foreign government guarantee with their corresponding amount as stated under Republic Act 9184, also known as Government Procurement Reform Act.

DOST 7 reserves the right to reject bids, declare a failure of bidding, and not to award the contract without incurring any liability if the funds/allotment for said program/project/ activity has been withheld or reduced through no fault of the DOST 7 office.
